The training film - based in a hotel - takes the viewer on an information gathering journey through the eyes of Ed, the lead character. We see Ed conducting his BIA in this familiar setting, providing the viewer with a clear and usable analogy.

The CD that accompanies the film contains a comprehensive questionnaire with a set of templates and guidance notes together with expert industry advice.

First launched in early 2008, this 20 minute film explores the process of exercising a business continuity plan through the eyes of a BC practitioner. It’s clear, concise, and visually interesting and uses a theatrical analogy to demonstrate how performance is rehearsed – from simple desk top (deskcheck) exercising through to more complex scenarios. The film is engaging and achieves a robust mix of practical training and engaging drama.

The accompanying CD contains a 2,700 word booklet detailing a step-by-step guide to exercising with templates; a guide to creating exercise scenarios; role-play scripts and debriefnotes.

Versatile and easy to use, this toolkit comes in PC-ready CD-R format. It consists of fire film footage, radio playlets, sound-effect montages, written injects and support material that can be used in conjunction with your desktop exercise to inject reality and creativity in an engaging and highly memorable way.

The toolkit takes you through three stages: the outbreak of fire; the onslaught; and the conclusion. At each stage, a combination of clips can be used to compliment and enhance your story. Media clips consist of rights-free fire footage including: news reports and bulletins; calls from press; relatives and third-party suppliers plus realistic, specially selected sound effect montages. Text and picture documents include web-page news articles that can be printed and used as handouts, and ready to use role-play scripts.
